🌟 Language Intervention – Personalised Support for Reading, Writing & Confidence

Why Choose Language Intervention?
Children who struggle with language can quickly feel left behind in school. Their difficulties may show up as limited reading, spelling, or vocabulary; challenges with expressive language; or appearing “slow” compared to peers.
These struggles affect confidence and self-esteem. At LearningClubs, our Language Intervention Programme gives your child the tools to thrive academically and socially.
When Should You Consider Language Intervention?
-
Your child avoids reading or writing tasks.
-
Teachers report they are falling behind in literacy.
-
They have a history of speech or hearing challenges.
-
School reports mention issues with focus, memory, or dyslexia.
-
You notice frustration or anxiety around schoolwork.
How Our Language Intervention Works
Our approach is personalised, adaptive, and evidence-based. We begin with assessment and review, then create a programme tailored to your child.
Initial Review
We analyse your child’s past school reports (last 3 if possible) and any speech or hearing assessments.
Diagnostic Testing
We assess reading, spelling, and expressive language skills.
Consultation & Report
Parents receive a clear, easy-to-follow report that explains their child’s current strengths and areas for growth. During the consultation, we take time to answer all your questions and make sure everything is fully understood. The report provides a starting point for tuition, giving both you and your child a clear path forward.
Tailored Tuition
Sessions focus on foundation skills in phonics, fluency, comprehension, and expressive language.
Confidence Growth
Every success strengthens your child’s belief in themselves and builds resilience.
Who Benefits from Language Intervention?
Our students often include those with dyslexia, weak perceptual memory, speech and language delays, attention or focus challenges, or low self-confidence in class participation.
Evidence-Based & Experienced
With over 20 years’ experience in UK curriculum language support, we use evidence-based methods adapted to each learner. We help children master reading and language while supporting their well-being.
“From testing to creating a successful reading pathway, We develop a programme in which your child will feel confident in mastering reading.” – Carol Railton
