An Educational Assessment is recommended where it will provide useful insight into your child's learning needs. If you have a recent school assessment or other relevant educational information, please share this with us as an assessment may not be required.

More Than One-to-One Tuition

At LearningClubs, we believe children make the strongest progress when they feel known, supported and confident — and when parents have someone they can speak to who understands their child.

Behind each child's tuition is a small, connected team — their tutor, Educational Consultant and administrator — sharing information, noticing changes and helping to ensure that their support continues to meet their needs as they develop.

Your 10 Week Progress Review

After your child's first 10 hours of tuition, their tutor provides detailed feedback on their progress, performance and attitude to learning, including anything they feel may need further attention.

We then speak with you, bringing together your child's tutor's observations with your own perspective as a parent. These insights are combined into a detailed written progress report, giving you a fuller picture of how your child is progressing and any emerging needs.

Importantly, we also consider what is helping your child become more confident as a learner and whether any aspect of their support should be adjusted.

School Report Review

We encourage you to send us your child's school reports as you receive them.

Rather than considering a school report in isolation, we review it alongside what we already know about your child, their previous progress and their experience of one-to-one tuition. We can then share our observations with you, highlighting progress, possible concerns or areas that may deserve further attention.

Ongoing Educational Consultant Support

As your child progresses, questions or concerns may arise beyond their individual lessons. Parents are welcome to contact our Educational Consultant when they would like to discuss their child's progress or something that may be affecting their learning.

This continuity means you don't have to start from the beginning each time. We already know your child, their learning history and the progress they have been making.

A Team That Keeps You Connected

From your first enquiry, our administrator becomes a familiar and consistent point of contact, getting to know you and your family rather than simply managing lessons and schedules.

She works closely with your child's tutor and Educational Consultant, helping to keep everyone connected and ensuring that important information is shared. As relationships develop, you don't have to explain your circumstances each time you contact us — you are speaking to people who already know your child, understand your family and genuinely care about their experience with LearningClubs.

It means parents feel supported, tutors remain connected to the wider picture and, most importantly, your family experiences a service where people know you.

Ultimately, our aim isn't simply to provide an hour of tuition. It is to help your child become more capable and more confident as a learner, while giving you the reassurance that their progress is being noticed, discussed and supported by people who know them.
