College Entrance Exam Preparation Programme
Helping Students Approach Entrance Exams with Confidence
Help your child approach their Entrance Exam with confidence through our focused College Entrance Exam Preparation Programme this summer.
Designed for students preparing for entry to Ladies' College and Elizabeth College, as well as other selective and independent school entrance assessments, this structured afternoon programme develops the skills, confidence and strategies needed to approach assessments positively and feel well prepared for the autumn assessment period.
â
Through a combination of English, Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, students strengthen both their academic skills and their confidence under exam conditions.
Short, focused afternoons in a calm, small-group setting ensure every student receives personalised support, expert guidance and opportunities to practise the skills most commonly assessed by selective schools.

A Thoughtful Starting Point
Choosing the right support for your child is an important decision, and many families find it helpful to talk things through before committing to a programme.
"If you're unsure, worried, have questions, or simply want to talk things through, we're here to help — regardless of whether you ultimately choose to register."
Parents are welcome to arrange a complimentary conversation with our Educational Consultant at any stage, with no obligation to register for the programme.
Whether you would like to discuss your child's strengths, explore areas of concern, seek advice about school transitions, selective school pathways, entrance exams, or simply ask questions, we are always happy to help.
We understand that the transition to a new school can be both exciting and daunting for children and parents alike. Our Educational Consultant can provide guidance not only on entrance exams and school choices, but also on helping children build confidence, manage change, and prepare emotionally and academically for the next stage of their educational journey.
We believe supporting a child effectively means supporting the whole family. Our Educational Consultant is available to provide advice, reassurance and professional educational guidance before, during and after the programme.
â
Before teaching begins on the first day, each student completes a short assessment. This helps us identify strengths, areas for development and ensure teaching is carefully matched from the outset, allowing every student to feel appropriately supported, challenged and prepared throughout the week.

Why It Matters
Entrance assessments often require students to demonstrate more than subject knowledge alone.
â
They assess reasoning, problem-solving, communication skills and the ability to think independently under pressure.
A structured preparation programme helps students develop these skills gradually, ensuring they approach assessments with greater confidence, resilience and understanding.
